We are looking for


Export Director or Export Sales Manager depending on the candidate’s experience and other
capabilities. You will be responsible for B2B sales of FINBIN® products to distributors in
international markets but also direct projects to end-customers.

Your key responsibility is to ensure close partnership and active collaboration with our dealers
and develop the dealer network. In addition to enhancing the current network, you will search
for new business opportunities and partners to increase sales. You should actively provide and
execute ideas and ways to increase the brand awareness in your responsibility area together
with marketing. Further, part of your role is to monitor customer needs, products and trends
and provide insight to our R&D and product management functions.

Overall the position requires close cooperation with the entire organization, e.g. CEO,
marketing, production and R&D. You will report directly to the CEO.

Lehtovuori is a growth-oriented SME with headquarters in Ylöjärvi and office in Vantaa
Tikkurila. You can choose, which one will be your primary office. We also have subsidiaries in
Sweden and United states.

We are the largest street furniture manufacturer in Finland and have delivered our products to
over 40 countries. In exports, we operate under the brand FINBIN®. FINBIN® products include
smart waste management products, outdoor litter bins, indoor recycling bins and bin shelters.
We have active dealers in around 25 countries and the network is constantly growing through
active dealer management and channel development. Lehtovuori Oy has revenue of 7M€ and
around 45 employees - we aim to continue our strong growth in the future.

What we expect from you?

Export Director


You have the P/L responsibility of your sales territory (EU-region except Nordic countries). In
order to succeed in this role, you have strong experience and proven track-record in
international B2B-sales and dealer/distributor management. You know how to build, develop
and manage dealer network. You are familiar in developing business concepts to create more
value for our customers. You have a degree in business administration, engineering or other
relevant experience.

We appreciate a result-driven and problem-solving attitude with a hunger for closing deals and
achieving sales targets. You are ambitious and responsible, with analytical and structured
working methods combined with capability to handle several tasks at the same time. We value
an independent and self-driven way of working. You are a great communicator with excellent
negotiation skills. You communicate fluently in Finnish and English. Other languages skills,
especially Swedish, German or French is seen as an asset, as well experience in working with
architects or from international marketing. Ownership is a possibility if the candidate succeeds
in the position.


Export Sales Manager


In order to succeed in this role, you must have 3-5 years’ experience in international B2Bsales
and working with distributors/dealers. Experience in building and developing dealer
network is seen as an asset. You have a degree in business administration, engineering or
other relevant experience.

You own a result-driven and problem-solving attitude with a hunger for closing deals and
achieving sales targets. You are ambitious and responsible, with analytical and structured
working methods combined with capability to handle preassure at times. We value an
independent and self-driven way of working. You are a good communicator with an experience
in negotiating deals. You communicate fluently in Finnish and English. Other languages skills,
especially Swedish, German or French is seen as an asset, as well experience in working with
architects or from international marketing.
