Lehtovuori Oy is Finland’s oldest and largest manufacturer of urban and environmental furniture and a recognized pioneer in the field. We design and produce high-quality benches, litter bins, shelters, and other smart solutions for urban environments, always with a focus on responsibility and sustainability.

We are in an exciting growth phase with a clear ambition: to become Europe’s leading provider of smart waste management solutions. Would you like to play a key role in building this success story?

As part of our export team, you will help us strengthen and expand our close collaboration with local distributors. Today, we already work with partners in 39 countries, and our goal is to grow this network even further. Our distributors bring our solutions to cities, construction companies, and property owners worldwide. In addition, we have subsidiaries in Sweden and the United States.

At Lehtovuori, we work with clear goals but keep a relaxed, positive team spirit – and we know how to have fun along the way. We are now looking for an Export Manager to strengthen our motivated team. Could this be you?

 
Key Responsibilities

  • Active sales growth and development of long-term customer relationships in existing markets
  • Identifying and acquiring new distributors in selected international markets
  • Presenting product portfolios to distributors and supporting them in sales activities
  • Close collaboration with marketing, product development, and production
  • Monitoring competition and market trends, and reporting to management
  • Attending trade fairs and industry events to build new contacts and opportunities
  • Continuous improvement in your work and in sales and customer service processes

What We Expect from You

  • Strong sales orientation, customer service mindset, and good interpersonal skills
  • Experience in international sales (at least 3 years). Experience in German-speaking markets is considered an advantage
  • Willingness to engage in sales personally – face-to-face, by phone, and by email
  • Readiness to travel internationally (approx. 30-40 travel days per year)
  • Fluent spoken and written English and German skills; other language skills are a plus
  • Ability to manage entities and work independently in changing situations
  • Good IT skills; experience with e-commerce platforms, CRM, and ERP systems is an advantage
  • Relevant university degree, with a desire to develop yourself and improve processes further. Previous experience in selling technical products, interest in technical devices, or related hobbies are considered an advantage

Our factory and headquarters are located in Ylöjärvi, Finland, where you will also have a workstation. The team in Finland gathers in Ylöjärvi once a week. Alternatively, your local office could be in Stockholm, where our Swedish subsidiary is located.

Recruitment process:

  • The first interview will be conducted remotely
